The Monprene® Gel Harness is a patented injection molded harness that is designed to provide maximum comfort and durability. It is resistant to UV, chemicals, and abrasion, making it ideal for travel due to its low water retention and low post-dive weight. The harness is fabric-free and uses no Velcro or zippers, making it easy to use and maintain.
The BCD-4-Life Modular Design allows for customization of the harness by adding/removing weight systems, straps, and pouches. This design also extends the lifespan of the product due to simplified repairs, and virtually every component, including buckles, can be replaced without stitching.
The 3D Ergonomic Design conforms to the body shape for maximum comfort, reducing discomfort and fatigue during diving. The harness is neutrally buoyant, with near-zero inherent buoyancy, which requires less lead, resulting in better buoyancy control and much more enjoyable diving.
The BCD has a back-inflated lift capacity of 36 lbs or 16.3 kg or 160 kg, and it has integrated weight. The harness has two pockets and four D-rings, and it weighs 10.957 lb or 4.97 kg. The back trim pockets are two, and the pocket type is modular/add-on backpack type Monprene Dual Compound.
